Find out which software you should stop renting
We review every subscription your business pays for, how your team actually uses it, and where AI can help, then hand you a ranked plan: what to keep, what to cut, and what to replace with software you own, with the cost and payback for each.
What the assessment looks at
- Time: where staff hours go on repetitive work like data entry, follow-ups, and reports
- Software spend: every subscription, its yearly cost, its seat count, renewal date, and how much of it is used
- Data: where your business information lives and whether AI tools can use it safely
- People: who is already using AI, who is not, and what is holding them back
- Risk: privacy, accuracy, and compliance concerns specific to your industry
What you receive
- A keep, cut, consolidate, or replace call for every subscription
- Build cost, running cost, and payback period for each replacement
- A renewal calendar so nothing auto-renews before you decide
- A phased plan: which CRM, website, or app to replace first
- Where AI automation can save staff time along the way
- A walkthrough meeting to go over every recommendation
Who it is for
Owners and operators of businesses with roughly 5 to 250 employees whose software bills keep climbing, and who want a plan grounded in their own numbers rather than vendor promises. Want to do a first pass yourself? Use our SaaS audit checklist.
Common questions
What is a SaaS audit?
A structured review of every software subscription your business pays for: yearly cost, seats paid versus used, overlap, and renewal dates. Each tool gets a recommendation to keep, cut, consolidate, or replace with software you own, with the build cost, running cost, and payback period for every replacement.
What do you need from us?
A few short interviews with the people who do the work, a list of your software subscriptions and what they cost, and read access to the tools you are happy to share. We do not need your passwords or customer data to complete the assessment.
Are we obligated to hire you for the work afterwards?
No. The audit and roadmap are yours. Many clients make the quick cuts themselves and bring us in only for the builds.
